Our Background
KIBMIST Enterprises Company Limited is a women-owned and women-led company with 3 shareholders and 5 management team members. In the shareholding, two are women each having a shares of 30% hence 60% ,one man holding 40% shares. On leadership, 3 are women with 2 men hence percentage for women is 60 against men 40. KIBMIST is a Limited Liability Company formed in 2016 under Companies Act CAP 486 of Kenya.
